As your home inspector, it is my goal to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with information you need about the condition of the property. Each inspection covers all the major systems and components of the home. We also include the use of a state-of-the-art thermal imaging camera that can detect hidden moisture and insulation problems at no additional charge. I understand timing is critical in the home buying or selling process. Therefore, your report will be delivered within 24-hours of the inspection and will include high quality photos and videos.
